Present this card at the pharmacy to save.

Cards print at true wallet size (3.375in x 2.125in, same as a credit card) — just cut along the edges. One sheet: front and back print side by side on a single page — cut and tape or fold back to back. Separate pages: choose your printer's two-sided (duplex, flip on short edge) option to get a true front/back card. Landscape: horizontal page orientation, front and back side by side. Print at 100% scale (no "fit to page") so the size stays exact.
